Redesign-Concept for the reception and waiting area of the advertising agency Advico Young & Rubicam in Zurich. Three different ideas were visualized.
#1 Discovery – A typical Swiss bench as it can be found in the Alps is the central point of this idea. With a binocular you can watch trough the window in the garden and discover Advicos latest creations on the miniature billboards. In the aluminium case you see a diagram with the most important awards and successes of Advico in the style of an antique panorama-map.
#2 Entertainment – In the second proposal we created a table on three levels. On the lowest you can race on the embedded carrera track. On the second level you get information about Advico on the screens, and on the bar level you can read magazines or drink a coffee.
#3 Wellbeing – The third idea consists of a dignified and relaxing area in the mood of a library. The big wooden table with embedded info screens, magazines and a lot of space to prepare the meeting with a cup of tea, creates a cosy atmosphere.
The old table, chairs and lamp are all monochrome painted so that the focus lies on structure and form.
