What is the soul of a hotel, and what happens to it, when the doors are closing forever?
To find an answer, we went to an unatendant grand hotel in which great personalities and forgotten persons once lived and became part of the hotels history.
This short film is an uncut round tour trough the deserted building. Thanks to the steady cam the visual part looks like a ghost would float through the hallways. In the audio line memories, stories and emotions become awake. Past and presence are mixed, the timeline is broken up, the soul of the hotel revives for a very last time.
